Landlord and Tenant
The majority of our landlord and tenant work is dilapidations. We prepare, serve, respond and negotiate claims for both landlords and tenants for standard end of term dilapidations, as well as interim claims, dealing with break notices and acting as expert in Court proceedings. Surveys
